Abstract :
The results of modeling at use Cl2:Xe binary mixes at total pressure 10 Torr are considered. The basic channel of XeCl-molecules formation is harpoon reaction. Excilamp efficiency can reach 20 % at use of small values of storage capacity and areas discharge S>;2,5 cm2 and at that pullse energy is equal 0,017 J.
