Abstract :
Model of XeCl excilamp taking into account process of Cl2 regeneration is developed. On this basis it is shown, that power of radiation XeCl excilamp in pulse-periodic operating mode can reach several kilowatts at efficiency ~20 % at use of binary mixes (Xe and Cl2) at total pressure 10 Torr.
