Abstract :
The generation parameters of LC-contour excitation system are studied for electro-discharge excimer XeCl laser using a Ne-Xe-HCl mixture. A computation model is developed for finding the generation parameters. It is shown that generation of short radiation pulses and relatively long pulses is possible due to changing of LC- contour parameters.
