A comprehensive and dynamic analysis of energy saving and emission reduction of the nuclear power enterprises was made, there are three phases for the whole life of nuclear power: engineering construction, operational maintenance and nuclear facility Decommissioning. In this paper, based on the perspective of whole life cycle, index system of energy Saving and emission reduction in nuclear power enterprises, which provides basis for reference in evaluation of energy saving and emission reduction for higher-level departments in charge of nuclear power enterprises.
