Abstract :
ESR study of the thermally induced transformation of impurity arsenic-containing free radicals produced by γ-rays in KDP single crystals is carried out at 100-150 °C. It is established that the transformation occurs in accordance with the second order kinetics reaction. The activation energy of the transformation is determined.
