Abstract :
Long-term durability of grouting curtain of underground engineering structures is an important guarantee for the normal work. Acid attack is the main reason that leads to destruction of grouting materials. In this article, basic principles of reaction kinetics are utilized to investigate the chemical reaction order of cement-based grouting materials and to establish the model on the relationship of the chemical reaction rate and temperature. Via accelerate experiment at the high temperature, the paper predicts the life of grouting material on normal temperature and provides an effective method for the durability evaluation of grouting curtain.
