Abstract :
There is the conflict among the agents in MAS which is a loosely-coupled system, and non-symmetrical usually. Firstly, the paper introduces the concept of ordered couple of sets and establishes the conflict model in the frame work of information systems. Secondly, it defines and analyzes the conflict and neutrality states of the agents in MAS. Finally, it gives an example for how explaining the works in the paper.
