Abstract
Influence of quality of a planar structure in cholesteric liquid crystals (CLC) different type on their lasing spectra is investigated. It is established that in steroidal CLC decrease in quality of a structure leads to shift of lasing spectrum from the center to edge the selective reflection (SR) band. In induced CLC at similar changes the lasing spectrum appears mainly on its edge.
