Abstract :
For the multiple attribute decision making problem(MADM) with alternative values in uncertainty information, a evaluation rule of the describing language levels which change the uncertainty information into interval number expression is formulated, and the model of Grey Relational Ideal Method (GRI) Based on Equilibrium Point whose results are more reasonable than before is established. The subjective preferences of decision makers to increase the satisfaction are reflected in the method. The feasibility and effectiveness of the method is verified by a risk assessment example.
