Abstract :
We simulate spectra of the optical microcavity based on a composite (mesoporous silicon)/(nematic liquid crystal). The incident angle-dependent calculations predict the transmission peak blueshift and splitting of transverse electric and transverse magnetic polarized modes due to birefringence of both porous host material and the anisotropic filler.
