Abstract :
Analog cellular technology using frequency reuse has advantages of coverage, speech quality and initial costs (radio vs, fixed infrastructure) and disadvantage of interference. Many people depend on telecommunication networks and telecommunication network management allows their objectives to be met. The system management model manages resources remotely using agents which can be notified by the managed objects.
