Abstract :
Several parameters influencing the calculation result of bearing capacity are discussed, which indicate bearing capacity coefficient is related to the internal friction angle and length-width ratio of rectangular foundation. Through analyzing ultimate bearing capacity of rectangular foundations using three equations and three theoretical solutions, some useful conclusions are gotten.
