Abstract :
The critical analysis of electron accelerators for radiation technologies shows that pulsed high current electron accelerator can be consider as an accelerator with high efficiency. In spite on the fact, that the pulsed high current accelerators are more acceptable for research goals at present time, the attempts of their using for radiation industry are very interesting. The physical concept of low energy (100-400 keV) pulsed high current electron accelerators for radiation technologies is considered in the paper. This accelerator consists of vacuum diode with plasma cathode and Marx high voltage generator. The physical conditions for forming of cathode plasma are considered. The design of industrial pulsed high current electron accelerators is given. The main parameters of two pulsed electron accelerators are presented. The question of applications of pulsed high current electron accelerators for radiation technologies is discussed
