Abstract :
This paper presents a scheme to integrate information and web services based on Delphi. The proposed scheme presents a scheme that can manage database efficiently based on Delphi to dynamically visit the database and inquire the historical data, and we design a mechanism of data - transmission which implements the mechanism of data between client and server. What´s more, a WEB server is designed to meet the needs of clients to visit the data within the framework of Intraweb. The tests show that the sharing and monitoring system works well, and the data-transmission is of high reliability. It proves that the scheme can realize the sharing and monitoring system effectively.
