Abstract :
The theoretical bases, methodology and technique of information technologies of data movement models designing are stated. These include the problems of architecture designing of information source system characteristics, objects of processing, data transmission and compression, strategy and laws of financial viability of project decisions and also jurisprudence legal aspects of data protection in automatic control system computer networks with deep paralleling of digital streams.
