Abstract :
The field of wind energy has grown dramatically in recent years. The sector of small wind turbines, which are used mainly off-grid for charging storage batteries, do not have the same technical and scientific support that the sector of large wind turbines. It is essential to develop tools for design, analysis and optimization tailored to the specific off-grid small wind turbines in order to improve performance. In this paper, we propose a model with an implementation in MATLAB / Simulink, each of the system components off-grid small wind turbines.
