Abstract :
The process of the cultivation of the information security specialty talents is essentially the superposition of the specialty, the talent and the social demand. The education model of benign circulation is established and improved in the training mode of talents in current universities through the analysis and research on the professional demand, the demand of the talent and social demand. The whole level of the information security field can be enhanced; the main body demand structure of education system can be optimized; the effectiveness, adaptability and pertinence of the talent training can be improved accordingly if the main demand of the three aspects have been effectively adjusted and the benign coupling of the specialty, the talents, the mutual benefit of the society and the resource sharing have been promoted.
