Abstract :
According to the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check and Act), the common problems of wall energy conservation project construction were analyzed, and the pre-control measures to ensure construction quality were put forward and implemented carefully. Then, the process and the results of implementation were inspected according to measures, construction code and technical standards. Finaly, the results of inspection were analyzed and the problems checked out could be resolved during next cycles. The construction quality could be improved through every cycle.
