Abstract
This project study is divided into 2 steps. The first is to design and create a video with multimedia technology: The content is the story of “Teng”, a famous puppet shadow character, who travels to meet his granddaughter in Bangkok. The story is a part of writing class in Thai skill for the seven grade students. Second, The multimedia is tried out with a simple group, 36 students of Bankurod School at Phang-Nga province. For the research hypothesis, the effective multimedia should raise over 80 percent in the test score of an understanding in the Teng´s Diary topic in writing class. As a result. The quality of the multimedia is 4.42, the average score out of the Likert´s scale. It is in the good level. A simple group has average score after study with article is 62.66 percent and average score after study the multimedia is 80.66 percent. Also, the test score in the laboratory group is over 80 percent. The research meets the expectation.
