Abstract
Through analyzing the nitrogen concentration and the flow in Huaxian section from 1996 to 2006, the conclusion is that: (1) The annual average concentration of the nitrogen of ammonia-N, nitrite-N, nitrateN were 7.31mg/L,0.74 mg/L and 2.25 mg/L respectively from 1996 to 2000 reduce to 6.88 mg/L,0.71 mg/L and 1.99mg/L respectively from 2001 to 2006,which reflects that the annual average concentration of the nitrogen of ammonia -N, nitrite -N, nitrate-N appeared to decreases within the study years. The average concentration of TN is also decreased in the study years. (2) The size order of the nitrogen average concentration in Weihe River is ammonia-N, nitrite-N and nitrate-N.
