Abstract :
A rectangular dielectric resonator antenna (DRA) with TExδ01 mode is proposed in this paper. Since the uniform field distribution over the main radiating aperture, it has about 6.68 dB gain at θ=0°. The designed antenna is fed at the upper side that has the potential to integrate with chip in millimeter-wave frequency band.
