Abstract
The Hanavan´s fifteen rigid multi-body human model was simplified into the six rigid multi-body model, and then the six degrees of freedom The Kane dynamic model was set up. With the human body parameters and muscle parameters, the six degrees of freedom Kane formula and restriction conditions were used to obtain the movement status of gymnasts´ free fall to landing with hands. The initial rotation speed of each part of the body can be calculated. After that, the free fall to landing with hands of gymnasts was stimulated and the impact force from the ground surface to the wrists was obtained.
