Abstract :
Electricity is the basic industry of the national economy. The effective financial evaluation on thermoelectricity enterprises is an important mean and basic work to improve operation and circumvent risks. the financial evaluation of thermoelectricity project investment refers to an assessment process, which is the investment institution conducts a comprehensive analysis and evaluation on financial and social benefits and other relevant content of a project, to make decisions on whether to grant investment or loans support, by using scientific methods and means, according to the relevant policies, laws and regulations, methods and parameters. The paper provides a new progress for the existing financial evaluation system of thermoelectricity enterprise investment, not only to enable investors to grasp the actual operation situation more detailedly, but also to simulate future more clearly, so as to provide a reliable basis for decision-making of the projects.
