Abstract :
Government supervision is one of the significant factors which influence the supervision of coal mine production safety, and the level of coal mine production safety is related directly to the performance of government supervision. In this paper, Dempster-Shafer theory is used to analyze the influencing factors of government supervision performance. Then, the index system and the evaluation model of government supervision are established. Besides, a case study is given. The result of the case study indicates that the performance of government supervision can be evaluated effectively with Dempster-Shafer theory and its methods. Thus, theoretical basis can be provided for government to improve the level of their supervision work and supervise the safety production of coal mine industry more effectively.
