HSE integration procedure management during the construction of the pipe engineering

Aimed at the artificial procedure´s breaking by the discrepancy of the participants´ benefit in this mode for the hard controlling of the HSE and quality, the article brings out procedure integrating management framework based on the whole life period of the pipe engineering, and builds the procedure´s hierarchical model and integrating management whole procedure of the pipe engineering.
