Abstract :
Global carbon trading market is growing stronger and will eventually surpass petroleum market to be the largest market in the world. As a major country of resource consumption, China has huge carbon trading market potential. Due to numerous uncertainties in Post-CDM Era, it´s urgent for China to establish its own carbon trading system and participate in global carbon trading market. According to the above analysis, this paper has introduced four principles for establishing Chinese carbon trading system and finally presented concrete steps for establishing a system in details.
