Abstract :
To adapt to the trend of globalization and empower the competition ability, the enterprises enter the supply chains, which provide the great developing opportunities and at the same time, aggravate the risks that suddenly exposed to the enterprises. To the forestry enterprises, because of their distinctive features, the supply chain risk management is different from the other industries. The traditional risk management methods do not work properly. This paper focused on the sources of the forestry supply chain risks, realized their severity, and pointed out the natural disasters, such as forest fires, diseases and insect pest injuries are the main risks among the various internal and external risks in supply chain. On the basis of them, the paper constructed the early-warning system based on the information sharing, configured its structure, narrated its five components functions, and lay out its operation procedures.
