Abstract :
This paper first analyzed the characteristics of collaborative research in biological industry, and defined research team collaborative eco-efficiency according to the perspective of sustainable development. Second, proposed the corresponding metrics as following: (1)Completion efficient of the project; (2) Quantity and quality of results; (3)The contribution force on technological innovation; (4)The degree of enhance of scientific research ability; (5)Teamwork cooperation satisfaction; (6) Reasonable use of funds, etc. Third, a systematic architecture of sustainable development capacity of research team was presented. Finally, proposed some problem that is worthy to study in later, to explore the effective way to improve technological innovation of major bio-industry in Yunnan.
