Abstract :
Natural wetlands reduced sharply has become a major question of environmental protection for the world. The situation faced by China´s wetland conservation could be even harsh, the basic reason is the high development of social economic, the wetlands resource had been was over-used, and also lacking of effective means of policy et al. Wetland Ecological compensation as a compensation system for the various stakeholders, it can not only inhibit the right over-exploitation of wetland resources effectively, encourage wetland protection acts, and mitigate the contradiction between protection and utilization, but also help to establish the effective value mechanism in the wetland conservation, then to form long-term, stable wetland interests. This paper analysis the importance of wetland ecological compensation and the formation characteristic of value mechanism from the economics, then illustrate the importance and feasibility of forming effective value practical mechanism through which ecological compensation to moderate the cost and benefit relations.
