Abstract :
Considering spatial knowledge spillovers of the economic belts surrounding the Bohai Sea and the Yangtze River Delta, the paper unveils the conditions realizing regional technological catching-up in china by discussing the catching up in above areas, which provides reference for regional development as a whole and implementation of technological catching-up in less developed regions.
