Abstract
In this paper, effects of quantity and diameter of filler on treeing breakdown voltage and thermally stimulated current (TSC) characteristics of epoxy resin were investigated. The peak of treeing breakdown voltage of epoxy resin appeared with increasing the quantity of filler in spite of filler diameter. The filler parts that indicated the maximum treeing breakdown voltage shifted to less filler parts with increasing the diameter of filler. TSC began to increase at about 150°C and it was related to the glass transition temperature
