Abstract
This paper discusses nonlinear microwave measurement methodologies for behavioral model extraction in the frequency domain, i.e., when the excitation is a set of multisine functions. Due to the theoretical necessity of guaranteeing the test of all relevant system´s properties for accurate model extraction, we address the problem of stimulus richness by creating a set of multisines in which their phases are randomly selected
