Abstract :
Polarization phenomena related to temperature are discussed by establishing a Temperature Cole-Cole diagram on the basis of the dielectric temperature spectrum. The Cole-Cole diagram is generally used for studying the dielectric polarization characteristic according to the variation of permittivity ε\´ and dielectric loss ε" with frequency at constant temperature. In this paper, the Cole-Cole equation has been varied starting from the microcosmic parameter describing dielectric polarization dependence on temperature, so that the Temperature Cole-Cole diagram can be obtained and used for studying polarization and loss phenomena on the basis of the dielectric temperature spectrum. The results of this research may provide new ideas for studying the mechanism of dielectric polarization and loss
