Abstract :
Federation Integration Architecture for Sharing Resources of Product Development Platforms (FIASRPDP) is presented, which aims to keep the inherent operation pattern of product development platforms and to share their development resources when the development resources of different product development platforms are integrated for complex product development. Federation Integration Architecture (FIA) is introduced, which is divided two types of federations, ie. platform federation and application federation. Platform federation is the federation that serves for the whole task of a complex product development, and organizes all development resources that will be used during developing the complex product. Application federation is the federation that serves for a concrete development subtask, and integrates some development resource to collaborate for the subtask. In order to support the running of FIASRPDP, a Federation Executive Infrastructure (FEI) is designed, which can support the running of two types of federations mentioned above.
