Abstract :
Given problems existing in the on-time delivery of manufacturing enterprises, this article, with an analysis of factors affecting on-time delivery and internal order processing flow, puts forward a delivery-time-oriented collaborative production model. According to the complexity of order processing and workshop scheduling, and based on the features of being autonomous and collaborative of multi-agent systems, the framework structure and functional classification of delivery-time-oriented collaborative production system are established. A case study of the application of the system is introduced. The result shows that the time of delivery is shortened, which proves the feasibility of the delivery-time-oriented collaborative production system.
