Abstract
The problem of the estimation of the fundamental frequency of a noisy complex sinusoidal signal with M harmonic related frequencies is addressed. This problem is studied by considering an extension of the MUSIC algorithm based on the minimization of the distance between two M -dimensional subspaces. An approach dual to the MUSIC algorithm is then proposed. This method leads to an optimized version with slight additional cost. Simulations are presented to illustrate the behavior of the estimators
