Abstract :
Reverse supply chain is an effective strategy to achieve social sustainable development and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. This paper explains the concept and the operational pattern of reverse supply chain. By analyzing the cost and benefit of every process in the reverse supply chain in detail, this paper builds a cost-benefit model based on its operational process. This cost-benefits model supplies an economic basis for enterprises´ decision making and development of different stages in business.
