Abstract
In order to achieve the small delay and considerate to the target of the transmission quality in live streaming media system, this paper according to the scheduling problem of the streaming media, proposes two-level cache scheme based on the contents of the streaming media and the scheduling algorithm based on the priority of play order. The experimental results show that: the hybrid scheduling model in the real environment has better performance of the data integrity, the average transfer rate and control load, and considerates to the faster transfer speed and higher play quality.
