Abstract
Under the assumption of the supply chain information fully shared and random demand, an independent decision model and a centralized decision model are established in wich the supply chain consists of one supplier, one TPL and one buyer. A revenue-sharing contract is designed and it founds that the Pareto optimization of supply chain can be achieved by selecting proper benefit-allotting coefficient, moreover EOQ, prices of TPL and supplier, range of benefit-allotting coefficient are given. Finally, according to the practice of Wenzhou Yuanda Logistics Limited company, some simulation experiments analysis are carried out.
