With the deepening of the industry market-oriented reform and the increasing demand for the market demand responding speed, the role of logistics system in the cigarette business enterprise services value chain becomes more and more apparent. First, the value chain are analyzed, which are embedded in the modern cigarettes logistics. Second, the every link of cigarettes logistics is deeply disintegrated. Finally, by using value chain method, the cigarette logistics optimization is widely discussed, which will provide decision making references for the further enhancement of the competitiveness of cigarettes.
