Abstract :
According to the relation of the operating status of equipment and equipment failures, it is available to build on a mathematical model between the monitoring signal of electrical spindle and information of equipment failures. It makes information of equipment failures automatically identified by computers. Combining with the traditional fault diagnosis method based on expert system, it can timely and reliably find failure signal of the electrical spindle, and achieve early warning capabilities about electrical spindle failures.
