Abstract :
To overcome the disadvantage of unable to directly communicating and sharing data between existing reliability analysis software and performance design simulation software, and guarantee high reliability requirement of aeronautical and space product, a new frame of reliability-integrated system conceptual design is proposed, which integrates universal reliability analysis software and existing system performance simulation system, together with system scheme constructing module and parameter computing module by defined data interfaces. Taking hydraulic system as example, this paper presents the conceptual designing platform based on performance and reliability, establishes the process model, re-organizes the conceptual design flow, and defines the data interface and design process visualization model. Application of conceptual design of hydraulic actuation system indicates that the reliability-integrated computer aided conceptual design method is effective in designing complex product with high reliability requirement.
