Abstract
With the rapid development of service outsourcing around the world, significance of human resource management outsourcing is also greatly highlighted. As one of the determinants on efficiency of outsourcing, outsourcing degree of human resource management is often considered key to success of human resource outsourcing. Based on theories of core competence, transaction cost economics and relational contract; the authors in this paper try to find the influencing factors of outsourcing degree mainly from four dimensions, i.e. the outsourcer´s features, the supplier´s features, the transaction characteristics and the cooperative relationships. Then the authors establish model of outsourcing degree, and propose conclusions and directions for further research.
