Abstract :
Packet sets is a new mathematical model and mathematical method. P-sets can be used to obtain the generation of F̅-genetic information and its features, the F̅-genetic information measurement and F̅-genetic information theorem are given, F̅-genetic information dependence - identification criteria and the application.
