Abstract :
In the highway environmental impact assessment, because of calculating results of accumulating model of Pb content in the soil of the sides of highway are usually inconsistent with the practice, the kinetic variation process of the soil ecological system is analyzed in application of the soil ecological theory. A correct model of predicting Pb. content in the soil is developed from material balance equation, and the model is also demonstrated and compared. It is known that the calculating results by using the model developed in the paper are consistent with the practice condition.
