Uyghur Character Recognition Basing on Neural Network

In this paper contrapose the characteristic of Uyghur character, propose a new method for Uyghur character recognition basing on neural network. The means utilizes projection to isolate the letters of the connected character field, then put pretreatment Uyghur character block image mode classify using neural network, extraction of outer features. It indicates that we can get relatively satisfying results.
