Abstract
With new PXI modules introduced to the market in growing numbers, the replacement of the legacy instruments is now available via a combination of PXI modules - forming virtual instruments while reducing the ATE footprint. The software stays untouched and new TPSs can utilize modern languages such as LabVIEW.
