Abstract :
In this paper, the relationship between knowledge work efficiency and its influencing factors is studied. Firstly, a model describing the relationship between knowledge work efficiency and its influencing factors is built on the basis of four hypothesizes. Then, an empirical study is carried out. By factor analysis, thirteen principal components are extracted from six kinds of influencing factors, and three principal components are extracted from the evaluation indexes of the knowledge work efficiency. Correlation analysis and regression analysis are employed to establish the relationship between influencing factors and knowledge work efficiency. It is found that among the six kinds of influencing factors, task complexity and work ability directly influence result effect of knowledge work efficiency; work system and information resources directly influence human capital effect of knowledge work efficiency; group relationship, work willingness and information resource directly influence collaboration effect of knowledge work efficiency.
