Abstract
As logistics belongs to the service industry, and the aim of logistics companies is to fulfill the satisfaction of customer. The quality evaluation for logistics service provides an objective basis for the logistics business to understand customer satisfaction degree, and to improve the service level. This paper firstly builds its evaluation indexes according to the current relatively common type of functional logistics services, then takes the case of a certain logistics company to collect data and take statistics though questionnaire survey and interviews to its customers, and finally makes a case study to its service quality according to the Fuzzy Optimal Cluster Model.
