Title :
Design considerations in wide area transport for micro/pico-cellular PCN access
Abstract :
Dynamic range requirements for PCN access over multiservice distribution systems are expected to be at the 55 dB to 60 dB level for in-channel and near out-of-channel interferers. This requirement includes both carrier to interference and carrier to noise measures, C/I and C/N, These transport systems must be very linear and provide very low transmission reflections in order to accommodate all RF/microwave waveforms such M-QAM for on-demand video services and FM-FDMA, TDMA and hybrids that provide for PCN channel diversity protection
